Member of Russian State Duma Gadzhimet Safaraliyev will be appointed Mayor of Derbent city in the near future, Regnum reports.
G.Safaraliyev said that President of the Dagestan Republic, Ramazan Abdulatipov offered him to the post. “I agreed to this proposal. However, formal procedure has not been realized yet”, he added.
