Guven added that the YSK is awaiting the final decision of the Turkish parliament to announce the exact date of the snap parliamentary election.
Earlier, a source in the government of Turkey told Trend that the snap parliamentary election will be held in November this year.

A meeting was earlier held between Turkey’s Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu and the head of the oppositional Republican People`s Party (CHP) Kemal Kilicdaroglu. During the negotiations, the sides failed to agree to form a coalition government.

Turkey held a parliamentary election June 7, which involved 20 political parties. Over 53 million people cast their votes in the election.
During the June 7 parliamentary election, Turkey’s ruling Justice and Development Party garnered 40.9 percent of the vote, while the Republican People`s Party (CHP) gained 25 percent.
Aside from that the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) got 16.3 percent, and the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) garnered 13.1 percent of the vote.
