"Azerbaijan's victory over Armenia is an important historical event, former minister of defense of Israel Ehud Barak told journalists during VIII Global Baku Forum.
He said that Azerbaijan has practically implemented the UN Security Council resolutions with this war.
Ehud Barak noted that the liberation of Azerbaijani lands from occupation also means the restoration of international justice.
