"I am very glad that we no longer talk about the human deaths in Karabakh, but about the restoration work carried out there," former Prime Minister of Moldova Chiril Gaburici said at the panel on the topic "Combating Climate Change and Meeting the Global Need for Energy: How do we do both?" within the framework of the VIII Global Baku Forum titled "The World after COVID-19", AzVision.az reports.
He highly evaluated the restoration work in Karabakh.
"As the President of Azerbaijan said, houses, schools, kindergartens, cultural centers are being built there, new infrastructure is being created. It is very important. It proves once again that Azerbaijan is able to create conditions for the welfare of its people."
Chiril Gaburici also spoke about the successful vaccination process in Azerbaijan.
