Armenia’s Pashinyan says ready to sign peace treaty with Azerbaijan

Yerevan has offered and offers Azerbaijan to sign a peace treaty, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said on Wednesday, AzVision.az reports citing Armenian media.

“We have offered and offer Azerbaijan to sign a peace treaty. The whole goal of the negotiation process within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs is to reach the point of concluding a peace treaty,” Pashinyan said at the National Assembly, during the parliament-Cabinet Q&A session.

The Armenian premier said it is necessary to agree on the text of the document, which requires a lot of work.
