A delegation led by Istanbul Prosecutor General Shaban Yilmaz arrived in Baku on an official visit at the invitation of Azerbaijani Prosecutor General Kamran Aliyev.
On November 24, the delegation visited the liberated Fuzuli region of Azerbaijan.
The guests got acquainted with the Victory Road, which is another symbol of Azerbaijan's victory in the Second Karabakh War. The visitors highlighted the strategic significance of the road, in which Turkish companies are closely involved in the construction.
Afterwards, the delegation got acquainted with Fuzuli International Airport, which is considered the "air gateway of Karabakh", and the guests were informed about the conditions created at the airport, which meets all modern requirements. The guests also got familiar with the area where the foundation stone of the city of Fizuli was laid, and noted that the main goal of the landscaping work is to establish high living conditions for former IDPs in the areas preparing for the "Great Return".
