The 28th meeting of the Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) will be held in Stockholm, Sweden on December 2-3, said Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharov at a press conference, AzVision.az reports.
Zakharova stated that the meeting will cover the discussions over the ways to resolve conflicts in the OSCE area, including Ukraine, Transnistria, and Karabakh.
