A flight recorder of the military helicopter of Azerbaijan’s State Border Service that crashed during a training flight on Tuesday has been found, the Prosecutor General’s Office told AzVision.az.
The crash scene has been inspected by the leadership of the Prosecutor General’s Office and SBS, in presence of forensic and firefighting experts. The ‘black box’ of the helicopter is currently being deciphered.
The military helicopter crash left 14 people dead and two others injured. The Prosecutor General’s Office has opened a criminal case, necessary investigative measures are being taken.
