"Great works have been launched in Aghdam over six months. As known, no stone has been left in Aghdam, Fuzuli, and Jabrayil. Aghdam and Fuzuli regions have been polluted with mines and unexploded ordnance. The construction of the power line to the center of Aghdam city took a year. However, we did it. There is an electric energy in Aghdam," Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the liberated areas of the Karabakh Economic District Emin Huseynov said at a scientific-practical conference on "Innovative opportunities for the economic development of the liberated territories" in Shamakhi, AzVision.az reports.
"Following the completion of communication lines and roads, construction of first settlements will start under the urban planning. The work has already started, a school and a hospital are being built. The mobilization zone of Aghdam Industrial Park is ready. Five companies, which were granted status are ready to lay the foundation of plants," Huseynov also stated.
