ON December 10, Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov will represent Azerbaijan at the first meeting of the "3+3 cooperation platform" to be held in Moscow, AzVision.az reports citing the MFA.
Note, on December 10, Moscow will host the first meeting of the 3 + 3 regional cooperation platform proposed by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, which aims to establish lasting peace and stability in the South Caucasus.
