Azerbaijan’s Defense Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov extended condolences over the killing of 3 Turkish soldiers in northern Iraq, the Defense Ministry wrote on Twitter, AzVision.az reports.
“I’m deeply saddened by the news of the killing of 3 servicemen of the glorious Turkish Army as a result of a treacherous terrorist attack in the Operation Pence-Yildirim zone. Your grief is also our grief,” the ministry cited Minister Hasanov as saying.
