Despite the constructive measures taken by Azerbaijan during the post-conflict period, Armenia does not fully comply with all the conditions of the trilateral statements signed by the leaders of Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia, said Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, AzVision.az reports.
Jeyhun Bayramov touched on the delays in the implementation of all provisions of trilateral statements.
