The project "Participation of Youth in the Environmental Assessment of the Liberated Territories of Azerbaijan", implemented at the initiative of Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of the IDEA Public Union Leyla Aliyeva, is continuing successfully, AzVision.az reports citing IDEA.
Young ecologists visited the city of Shusha on Dec. 13, where they took part in measuring the radiation background and determining the air quality, and also took water and soil samples.
Along with this, within the framework of the trip under the motto "Qarabağı qoru" (Protect Karabakh), a massive tree-planting campaign was held with the participation of young people.
