On December 16, the eighth report- election meeting of the National Olympic Committee (NOC) of Azerbaijan was held in an online format, AzVision.az reports.
At the meeting of the General Assembly, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev was re-elected President of the National Olympic Committee.
Ilham Aliyev, Chingiz Huseynzade, Farid Gayibov, Azer Aliyev, Zemfira Meftakhetdinova, Nazim Huseynov, Namig Abdullayev, Farid Mansurov, Faig Garayev, Konul Nurullayeva, Mariana Vasileva and Ramil Haji were elected members of the Executive Committee of the NOC.
During the meeting, the election of the Inspection Committee of the NOC was also held. Lyudmila Shubina, Hijran Sharifov, Balakishi Gasimov, Niyamaddin Pashayev and Yashar Bashirov were elected members of the Inspection Commission.
