We reaffirmed our decision and agreement on the construction of the Yeraskh (Arazdayan) - Julfa-Ordubad - Mehri - Horadiz railway at the meeting with the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in Brussels, said Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at a government meeting on December 16, AzVision.az reports.
Pashinyan stated that they reached an agreement following the discussions of the Armenian-Russian-Azerbaijani trilateral working group on the opening of regional communications, headed by the deputy prime ministers of the three countries.
