Relations between Baku and Tehran are based on deep historical roots, cultural and religious ties, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said on Wednesday at a joint press conference with his Iranian counterpart Hossein Amir-Abdollahian in Baku, AzVision.az reports.
