"Unfortunately, Armenia's long-term refusal of providing landmine maps and presenting maps with 25 % of accuracy or sometimes less delays the restoration in Karabakh and East Zangazur," Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov said.
"Nevertheless, the implementation of major infrastructure projects in these economic regions continues under the initiative and leadership of the Azerbaijani President. Firstly, road, energy, and water supply networks are being built, the consequences of environmental terrorism are being eliminated, and preparations are being made for the realization of 'the Great Return'," the PM said.
"Thus, 2.2 billion manats has been allocated from the state budget for the restoration and reconstruction of towns and villages in these areas and the creation of modern infrastructure, and the same amount of funding will be allocated in 2022," Asadov said.
