Russia assists the Azerbaijani and Armenian sides to normalize their bilateral relations, says the report of the Russian Foreign Ministry on the results of 2021.
"Russia has been active in achieving goals such as assisting to normalize relations between Baku and Yerevan, including the establishment of a bilateral commission on the delimitation and demarcation of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and the opening of economic and transport ties in the South Caucasus," the document reads.
