Petkim starts negotiations to increase stake in STAR

Petkim Petrochemical Holding A.S. has started negotiations with the SOCAR Turkey to get stake in STAR Oil Refinery.

According to Turkish media, Management Board of Petkim Petrochemical Holding A.S. passed a decision to start negotiations with SOCAR Turkey Energy A.S. to get 12-14% stake in STAR Oil Refinery.

Currently, SOCAR Turkey Energy A.S. has 59.99% stake in STAR Oil Refinery.
