He said that according to the preliminary data, the number of representatives of the international structures will hit 1,012 people.
"The number of observers which were registered by the Azerbaijani CEC amounts to 4,590 people and in the district polling stations to 29 124 people," Panahov said.
He also announced the continuation of educational programs for the upcoming elections. The relevant trainings are being completed.
Presidential elections in Azerbaijan will be held on October 9.
Previous presidential elections were held on October 15, 2008. The presidential elections in Azerbaijan are held every five years.
