Over 8000 applications were received throughout the four days, (the registration kicked off on January 14 and closed on January 18) and this is undoubtedly due to the overwhelming interest in volunteering, as well as Formula 1 races in general.
During the interviews, several factors such as pre-race experience, internal motivation, inner potential, and personal qualities are prioritized. Those who pass the interview will get the chance to join the next step which involves general workshops.
In addition, with the goal to enhance the volunteers’ personal and professional qualities, Baku City Circuit (BCC) plans to organize various workshops and seminars.
Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix will be held on June 10-12.
