He made the remarks during a press conference dedicated to the 43rd anniversary of the victory of the Iranian Revolution and the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
The diplomat said that there is a conflict over border rivers everywhere in the world. "However, the joint use of border rivers by Iran and Azerbaijan is a unique example to the world. In this regard, the 50th anniversary of the joint use of the Araz River was celebrated last year," he added.
