UN Environment Program experts visited Azerbaijan's Karabakh, Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the liberated territories (with the exception of the Shusha region) Emin Huseynov said on Twitter, AzVision.az reports.
The experts were introduced during the visit with the environmental situation in the region and informed about plans for its further development, Huseynov said.
The experts of the joint assessment mission of the UN, the World Bank and the EU visited Azerbaijan's Aghdam and Fuzuli regions the day before.
