Shusha City State Reserve Department begins the construction of the first residential complex, AzVision.az reports.
The 6-block residential complex will consist of 24 buildings, and the tender is being held for the construction of the first two blocks. The residential complex will be built on an 8-hectare site in the upper part of the city, near the famous "Realni" school.
All companies with the necessary financial, technical capabilities and experience under the legislation may participate in the open tender to carry out construction work.
"The tender announcement can be found on the portal etender.gov.az. Organizations wishing to participate in the tender may submit their proposals in a double-sealed envelope together with the required legal documents to the address indicated in the announcement after receiving a set of conditions," the Department said.
