President Ilham Aliyev is one of the leaders who knows Russia best, said Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan while returning from a visit to Brussels.
"Russia and Ukraine were our main topics during Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's one-day visit to Turkey. He is also one of the leaders who knows Russia best. His relationship with Putin is well known. He is one of the best analysts of this war. We had the opportunity to speak clearly," Erdogan added.
