“Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan thinks that with his cunning speech at the PACE he can cover up his and his criminal team`s actions. He is a child killer and a day will come when he will appear before the international court as a criminal,” Defense Ministry spokesman, Colonel Eldar Sabiroghlu said.

Sabiroghlu said that in his speech at PACE, Sargsyan should have spoken how people are massively leaving Armenia.
"This criminal has caused a lot of damages on his people. Now he is worried that Azerbaijan`s military budget is increasing year-aftre-year. He is also worried that Armenian women take products for their children to the military units every week. Serzh Sargsyan is arrogant. He should not forget that Azerbaijan`s territories have been occupied not only with the force of Armenia. It is impossible to forget the role of the 366th motor-rifle regiment. It seems that outpost president of the outpost country Serzh Sargsyan relies on this factor when speaking arrogantly. But time has changed.
