Iranian president invites Azerbaijani leader to visit Tehran

Iranian president invites Azerbaijani leader to visit Tehran

Iran’s President Ebrahim Raisi invited Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to pay a visit to Tehran, AzVision.az reports citing the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Iran.

On Thursday, the Iranian president met with Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev, who is on a visit to Tehran.

During the meeting, the president said Iran attaches special importance to relations with Azerbaijan. Raisi asked to convey his sincere greetings and invitation to visit Iran to the president of Azerbaijan.
