Azerbaijani Defense Minister awards Paralympic champion Ilham Zakiyev

Azerbaijani Defense Minister Zakir Hasanov awarded Paralympic champion Ilham Zakiyev with Certificate of Commendation, AzVision.az reports.

The Certificate of Commendation reads:

`Thanks for services you rendered for inspiring the soldiers of Azerbaijani Armed Forces and i want to express my deep confidence that one day our flag will be wave in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan under the direction of the Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev. Azerbaijan`s territorial integrity will be secured`
