"We express our satisfaction with the return of Lachin city, Zabukh and Sus villages to Azerbaijan on August 26, as part of the ongoing processes in accordance with the provisions reflected in the tripartite statement dated November 10, 2020. This event is viewed as an important step aimed at both the establishment of peace and stability in the South Caucasus and the normalization of relations in the region. At the same time, this step will also contribute to Azerbaijan-Armenia relations. Turkiye will continue to support the territorial integrity and sovereignty of brotherly Azerbaijan, as it has been until now," the statement said.
