Assets of the Azerbaijan Armed Forces Assistance Fund have risen by AZN 59,339 over the last month.
As of 1 September 2015, capital assets of the Fund’s AZN account made 66,526,420 while the USD and Euro accounts made 211,791 and 593 respectively, the Defense Ministry said on Sep.1.
The Armed Forces Assistance Fund was established under the presidential order dated August 17, 2002. The Fund’ assets are accumulated on the basis of voluntarily donations of individuals and legal entities and at the expense of the other donations not prohibited by the laws of Azerbaijan.
