Azerbaijan has appealed to the European Court of Human Rights regarding the provocations committed by Armenia on the border in September and the discovery of a mass grave of Azerbaijanis in Edilli village of Khojavand region, Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court Chingiz Asgarov told Report.
