Fire occurred in Domodedovo airport, flights to Azerbaijan postponed
The fire has already been extinguished, airport restored operation
A fire occurred in Moscow’s Domodedovo airport.

The fire postponed 12 internal and 4 international flights. These flights are to Anapa (2 flights), Samara, Kazan, Saint-Petersburg, Stavropol, Sochi, Rostov, Krasnodar and Cheboksari, including Moldova, Montenegro, Ukraine and Azerbaijan.

According to initial assumptions, the fire occurred due to disorder of power lines on the floor where construction materials were stored.

Over 3,000 persons were evacuated. No one was injured.

The fire has been extinguished, and the airport restored operation.
