The bilateral meeting is being held at the Reception House of the Russian MFA.
Ministers spoke in the protocol part of the meeting.
At the meeting, the ministers will discuss the situation and prospects of bilateral cooperation, as well as exchange views on the most relevant aspects of the regional and international agenda, including the issues of normalization of Azerbaijan-Armenia relations.
In addition, J. Bayramov and S. Lavrov will sign the Inter-Ministerial Consultations Plan for 2023-2024.
A joint press conference of the ministers will be held with the results of the meeting.
