Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda posted a tweet to commemorate 1990 Black January – Soviet troops' attack on Baku city and cruel massacre against the Azerbaijani people, AzVision.az reports.
He tweeted that Soviet attempts to crush Azerbaijan's independence movement did not succeed.
