“We achieved dramatic results in regulation of drug prices. From September 15, every citizen of Azerbaijan Republic will feel it. Medicine prices were down 2-3 times.”
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev made the remarks on Tuesday during the meeting dedicated to economic issues and preparation of the state budget for 2016.
President noted that, reforms of the management field should be deepen. “Even more serious struggle should be carried out against corruption and bribery. “Lately, I have signed an Order on enhancing authorities of ASAN. Every Azerbaijani citizen is aware of the situation concerning housing and public utilities. Illegal claims are made, many people suffer from bureaucracy. But, everything will be easy.”
Ilham Aliyev stated that, there are serious violations in the field of transport: “People are being ill-treated. They are facing with baseless demands. But from now on ASAN Service will be engaged in the solution of such problems. In the future, standards of ASAN services should be applied in each sector. That’s why, the government has a lot to do for the next year”
