International Criminal Court issues arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin

International Criminal Court issues arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin, AzVision.az reports.

According to the ICC, two arrest warrants have been issued.

The second one concerns the Commissioner for Children's Rights in Russia Maria Lvova-Belova.
