The document was signed on the sidelines of the 3rd meeting of the Joint Commission between the Governments of the Republic of Azerbaijan and State of Israel in Baku.
The document envisages cooperation in several priority fields, including environmental impact assessment, biodiversity protection, wastewater treatment standards, ecological aspects of water resources management and air quality monitoring.
The signing of the agreement will contribute expansion of cooperation between the two countries in the field of environmental protection, strengthen the legal basis in this field and create an opportunity to new relations.
