The meeting of Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan got underway with the participation of the US Secretary of State Antony Blinken at the George Shultz National Foreign Affairs Training Center, AzVision.az reports.
The meeting between the foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia with Blinken's participation kicked off at 17:45 Baku time.
