  Attempt made to kidnap Armenian PM Nikol Pashinyan

An attempt was made today to abduct the son of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Ashot Pashinyan, Haykakan Zhamanak newspaper wrote. 

According to preliminary data, the participants in the abduction are members of the Call of Sons public organization, who forced Ashot Pashinyan to get into their car. The abductee managed to jump out of the moving car. He fell and got hit by another car, also belonging to the members of the organization. Ashot Pashinyan got his leg injured.

The perpetrators managed to flee. The victim turned to law enforcement, the newspaper said.

The editor-in-chief of Haykakan Zhamanak is Nikol Pashinyan's wife, Anna Hakobyan.
