President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signs decree awarding People's Artist with "Istiqlal" Order

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signs decree awarding People

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree awarding Ogtai Mirgasimov with the "Istiqlal" Order, AzVision.az reports.

According to the decree, Ogtay Mirgasimov was awarded the "Istiqlal" Order for his great achievements in the development of Azerbaijani culture.
