Azerbaijan dismisses deputy FM following presidential decree

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the dismissal of Khalaf Khalafov from the post of Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, AzVision.az reports.

Following another decree of the head of state, Khalaf Khalafov has been appointed representative of President of Azerbaijan for special assignments.
