The Azerbaijani Red Crescent Society is still waiting for a reply on the possibility of delivering food to Khankendi for Armenians living in the Karabakh region of the country, Secretary General of the Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society Jeyhun Mirzayev told journalists.
He said he is on the Aghdam-Khankendi road for the 5th day together with other employees of the society.
"Our goal is to deliver two trucks of food to residents of Armenian origin in the Garabagh economic zone. There are no negotiations yet. The other side will contact me as soon as there is new information. We are still waiting for an answer. We will stay here until the food we brought will be delivered to Khankendi," Mirzayev added.
