“During the mine-clearing operations in Tartar, Aghdam, Khojavand, Lachin, Fuzuli, Shusha, Gubadli, Jabrayil and Zangilan districts, 68 anti-personnel, 26 anti-tank mines, as well as 160 unexploded ordnances (UXO) were found and neutralized from August 28 to September 3,” Azerbaijan’s Mine Action Agency said in a statement.
“In total, 1069,2 hectares of territory were cleared of mines and UXOs,” the agency added.
