The 6th Congress of Azerbaijani Women has kicked off at the Gulustan Palace in Baku.
Nearly 600 women from all regions of Azerbaijan have gathered for the Congress.
The event is held on the occasion of the 100th birthday anniversary of National Leader Heydar Aliyev, as well as the 25th anniversary of the first congress of women.
The congress is also attended by state officials of Türkiye, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, MPs, representatives of state and nongovernmental organizations, as well as embassies and international organizations.
