Vahan Emilyevich Martirosyan, head of the “Intra-national Liberation Movement” initiative, has fled Armenia for Azerbaijan to seek political asylum for his and his family’s safety.
For its activities, the pro-opposition “Intra-national Liberation Movement” initiative, led by Martirosyan has faced prosecution from Armenian state authorities and different officials.
