He noted that governments should make efforts to strengthen linkages between industry, scientific circles and startups.

We have achieved innovations in all fields of creation of technological parks, favorable business, as well as comprehensive measures are planned for the 2030 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The creation a clean environment and country of “green growth” is one of the five priorities of the country’s development. Taking into account the importance of education for the well-being of every nation, the government has created a favorable environment for young people to study in world’s higher educational institutions. Young people are granted scholarships to develop their skills in the field of ICT," Movsumov added.
