Mehriban Aliyeva, the president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, the member of the Executive Committee of the National Olympic Committee of Azerbaijan, Goodwill Ambassador of UNESCO and İSESCO has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Organizing Committee of the fourth Islamic Solidarity Games, according to the decree.
President Aliyev decided to establish the Organizing Committee for holding the fourth Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku in 2017 to ensure their decent holding in the country.
