“As required by the Election Code, on the day of voting, a mobile ballot box will be delivered to citizens whose names are on the voter list, but who are unable to come to the polling stations,” Mazahir Panahov, Chairman of the Central Election Commission, said at a press conference on Tuesday, AzVision.az reports.
