"The voting process is being held with the help of the modern technology in Azerbaijan. In my country - Laos, the traditional methods are still used today. The use of transparent inks and checking it with a special device was new for me," Sanya Praseuth, head of the delegation of the ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly told reporters, observing the snap presidential election in Azerbaijan.
The international representatives, observing the voting process at polling station № 30 of Nasimi-Binagadi electoral district № 21 expressed their satisfaction on the election process:
"It is great that the Azerbaijani people participate in the election with such great enthusiasm. They vote for their future. The organization is at a high level. People are very positive. Everything is at a high level so far," said the head of the delegation. He added that it is his first experience as an observer in a foreign country.
