During a visit to Turkey, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanov, Azerbaijan's Minister of Defense, led a delegation that met with Mr Selçuk Bayraktar, Technical Director of BAYKAR, a prominent Turkish defence industry company.
The Ministry of Defense reports that the discussion centred on the flourishing military-technical ties between Azerbaijan and Turkey, exploring avenues for further cooperation and addressing issues of mutual interest.
The visit resulted in the signing of a collaborative agreement between the parties, paving the way for joint research, development, and production endeavours.
